Group allocation (Group 1) 28 June 2025: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Great Britain, Ireland, Eastern Europe, Japan, China, New Zealand, Iceland, Korea, Israel
Schedule:
Saturday, 28 June 2025
- Arrival until 4:00 p.m. at the hotel
- Pick-up at the hotel from 5:30 p.m.
- 6:00 p.m. – Come together
- 6:30 p.m. – Welcome from the management, followed by a presentation of the Dethleffs novelties and evening event
Sunday, 29 June 2025
- Pick-up at the hotel from 8:30 a.m.
- 9.00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Dethleffs vehicle exhibition, country forums and individual discussions
- Pick-up at the hotel from 6:30 p.m.
- From 7:00 p.m. – informal evening event
Monday, 30 June 2025
- Pick-up at the hotel from 10:00 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Welcome from the management followed by a presentation of the Crosscamp vehicles, then vehicle exhibition, country forums and individual discussions
- Pick-up at the hotel from 6:30 p.m.
- From 7:00 p.m. – informal evening event
Tuesday, 01 July 2025 – Departure
